Nectarine License
Also knows as "Necta-BFF".
This license allows Nectarine to host a song, stream it, and offer downloads.
However, it expressly forbids listeners (or downloaders) the right to redistribute these songs, in any way, except by direct permission of the artists.
The intent is to provide a way for artists to retain their music distribution rights, but granting permission for Nectarine to stream it as part of our radio platform.
The "Commercial" license is for commercial songs where we have NOT received such permission.
On the other hand, if the artist is OK with letting users share downloaded songs, please consider one of the various CC licenses instead.
Please do not place songs under this license unless you can show clear permission from the author to host tunes on Nectarine... or you ARE the author :)
