yeah 15 km sounds tolerable. 35 km sounds too much per day. 40+ kilometers at once is way too much. Few times i ran 80km away even, to another city.. too much, i knew i couldn't run back, well, the friend didn't then want me for visit that day, argh..

i did foresty road run, forth and back once for the whole day along, when got tired, i went swimming several times between those, all relaxed, there was so much oxygen in air it was just fun
