a running theory is that zoi has a scraper that regularly gets all new changes from necta, to assimilate into his clone website. It is only a rumour and I don't know if that is what's causing the slowdowns.

I experience it frequently, pipe. I think it started early this summer and has been issue ever since. I don't remember experiencing it prior to that.
