i usually did run between 4-5 minutes per km and that each day(15-35 kilometers), not a good idea to do the every day

Yeah the feet must be in shape, and yeah runsteps doesn't fit for everyone. I did run around a mid sized lake like, weekly, 30+ years ago

interesting, Google suggests much less speeds.. like 10 km/h. Which kinda sounds like not an optimal way of running is not found yet.. Well, i'm tall and run by "just feet keep on rolling, least muscle power" makes a difference?
