North Star was a Swedish demo group, initially formed by Atom and Starfire from the Swedish city of Helsingborg on the c64. They recruited further locals Foetus, Azid and Zoetrope quickly. The group soon moved over to the then-new Amiga. The next recruits were Rex, Omega and Titan. Their first proper release followed, Megademo I. Crab was the next person to join, followed by Boerni - and work started on Megademo II. Some new swappers were recruited in the shape of Slaine and Zing, and music/graphics man Jazze.
