ThatSameOldEthnicFluteSample LOL That sound is called Shakuhachi and is from Emulator sampler, a patch called "Loon Garden" that featured some breathy voices, water effects, a loon, and the infamous Shakuhachi. You can hear that Shaku sample even in the Enigma Tune Sadeness Part 1, albeit shortened.
