Only one tune on Necta has the 'dafuq' tag?

This is really, really bad. Quite possibly one of the worst tunes that has ever been uploaded, and also probably a candidate for the lowest-rated tune on the site. For those curious, it is 5 minutes of out-of-tune scales up and down, using a crappy sitar sample over a crappy drone sample, for some sort of pseudo-Indian effect. I am not even sure this qualifies as music.
