It's not demoscene and because of this its 3*, even if you like trance? What is demoscene then? Crappy 3 voice chiptunes or hammering drum & bass tracks?
Come on... this whole nectarine thing is about pleasing MUSIC in first place... MADE by demosceners. Not about having to sound like some demoscene nerd for all costs.
Musicians may have their fixed style. The demoscene doesn't have a fixed style.

my 3* is because it uses the screaming man sample at every crescendo in the song, no, at every opportunity. very annoying, but the overall song is nice.
