the BBC emulator is horrible to type in -- the Beeb has a rather strange keyboard, and the PC keyboard is mapped by *position* of the keys. so you want to type something like = and you can't find it

yeah, possible, Ctrl is often reserved for the OS menus. do other people use your driver?
