This will be the *checks notes* second time I've written z80 asm. Much more familiar with x86 and 6502.

hehe. good luck! always nice to meet a z80 lover

*Monday. And yeah the idea of landfilling working tech makes me very uncomfortable.
edlinfan(23:54:43)
I deserve no praise, I have written *nothing* for it yet! Just got it Monsay, still learning the hardware.
mirrorbird(23:41:19)
what have you written for it?
mirrorbird(23:41:03)
that's not what i mean, plenty of wasteful consumer-types also like 'retro' (while it's fashionable) and then probably landfill it afterwards
edlinfan(23:39:33)
Probably none of us would be on nectarine if we didn't like the old stuff, right?
edlinfan(23:38:35)
Having to write an entire software ecosystem for it is a bonus Well, if I actually make time to do it...
mirrorbird(23:38:30)
it's bad enough with modern stuff, i get really upset when they 'recycle' a perfectly fine server bc they got a newer one. this should not be allowed.

I have more useful machines (HP 200LX, Book 8088 etc) but I was looking for something cheaper and more easily replaceable.
