Yes, there are risks with SMS, but since it's a one time password you get when you've triggered it yourself I wouldn't say that it's a big risk.. this is also why you should have a good password, since if the sms is interceptet they don't have your passwor

Both the routing protocol for calls/SMS is easily intercepted, and just a bit of social engineering at a phone store can let someone hijack your number.
