i don't know how much time it takes
mirrorbird(21:43:17)
it was done in The Quill adventure maker, so no programming involved i guess. the author wrote down a solution, but his handwriting is awful, and my finnish is worse, so i'll try to record a solution but it may be impossible (HEY, wanna help me?)

franz: this game is called Kulta...something (Gold Rush), it was reviewed in Mikrobitti

anyway most UK guys with any money had upgraded to an Amiga or something by that time.

Speccy programs were pretty well represented in Finnish magazines in the mid-1980s but seemed to vanish earlier than MSX and Amstrad, not to mention C64

the best work of Extacy-3 was probably actually their diskzine
mirrorbird(21:37:01)
yeah there was a UK scene but it was mostly messing around. quite low quality demos. ahem! may have been involved in a couple
mirrorbird(21:36:41)
the real mystery is: how come Spaniards never ever make demos? they make lots of fan games. but never demos. when did you last see a Spanish flag in the oneliner? and yet site owner 'communicator' is Portuguese.
Gyrominiac(21:36:20)
UK? brits made a lot of games on there but i dunno if there was a demoscene for it there too
