now there's no need to reset RC and the RC could just try "follow" the line input, so only diff values are given back to read. less toggling the values i'd guess. needs thinking

ok now i figured how to make it tad better and perhaps tad simpler: let the RC shoot over at opamp 1 for high bits trigger. then let it draw slowly down the RC (just a resistor to GND until it shoots the trigger again "reached below the line input"
