I must again make myself clear i'm not pushing anyobe to linux / LMMS whatever world. It is just that i talk about those since i use them as the primary gear for myself

there are still tons of things wine cannot do; it has terrible support for really complicated programs (name any current adobe product, microsoft office product) and cannot help with custom drivers of hardware (like dongles!)
