As my home machines both have RTX4090 in them, by all accounts John the Ripper only can use CPU whereas Hashcat can use both CPU and GPU

At home I run a i9 14900k and a i9 13900k and an i9 13900k at my work too... any idea on the ETA from a CPU like that? Or are we talking newish AMD Epyc or Intel Xeon horsepower?
