Hi *.* (see what I did there...) Quick question, I've been playing with some ANSI art ideas for my BBS, and came up with a totally unrelated idea (squirrel!) to make a cross-platform (OSX / Windows) music disk featuring some awesome but (much) lesser known MODs from the late 80s / early 90s. I've got the interface / ANSI animations worked out and mostly programmed, but I'm curious to know your thoughts regarding the inclusion of these old tracks. There would be 4 tracks total, done in a 'seasons' graphics theme using ANSI art. All tracks of course be fully credited and documented on-screen (sinus scrollie FTW!) and in the README / FILE_ID.DIZ etc... Are they 'free for credited use' in scene related productions? That's the feeling I've always had with scene material... but I could be mistaken... Cheers for any feedback. HD/DW/Dark Systems BBS |
