"PSYCHO, the Belarusian demoscene team, was born at the end of the 2nd millennium, on September 14th, 1999. We're trying to follow our team slogan: Novus Rex, Nova Lex! (It means "The New King, The New Law" in Latin). The Psycho Team is the organizer of the Millennium Demoparty. We're not just working on scene but producing misc. useful utilities, writing music etc."
