Platform - PSG AY-3-891x/YM2149 (CPC, ST, ZX)

Amstrad CPC, Atari STx, GBA, MSX, Oric-1, ZX Spectrum 128/+2/+3 and many other computers that used such sound chips as:
• AY-3-8910/12/13 is a 3-voice Programmable Sound Generator (PSG) designed by General Instrument [GI]. Later this chip was produced for a few years under the Microchip Technology brand.
• YM2149F is a 3-voice Software-controlled Sound Generator (SSG) produced under license by Yamaha Corporation (with minor modifications).

Also this platform includes some sound cards based on these sound processors as for example Turbo Sound [TS, Turbo-AY] or QUADRA [Quadro-AY] (2xAY/YM = 6 sound channels instead of 3 channels) for the ZX Spectrum.
