What is wrong with voters? This is almost 1:1 copy of an old Amiga classic where the main point is that melody. Jogeir had nothing to do with it. Yet you vote this higher than the original. I will never understand.

I just listened again to Depeche Mode - Enjoy the Silence Remix 2004 remix by Ewan Pearson on the radio. It's almost like the original, but it has fatter sounds (drum, acid sounds etc) it sounds more exciting, fresh etc so it's clearly better than the more flat sounding original which is imho boring in comparison. It's the same with Jogeir's reinterpretation on this sound. Better sounds, more exciting etc.
Plus often times, I listened to Jogeir's remix first, so for me personally it's the original

This isn't really a remix. Point missed too, point is Jogeir gets better song rating than the original composer, while the original song composer made all the work, like composed it, composed the melody, the one why people in the first place give this the high score.

Of course it's a remix, a verbatim one. That doesn't mean that another person can't update the original song and make it better.
