Till that new year 1998, i had the opportunities to grow up sound quality from my new creations with new sounds sure but also with some hardware optimization as for instance using a computer with 16mo of memory !

Anyway, i’ve also bought a Tascam Porta Sutdio II that let me do better vocal arrangements in my new songs. I was able to use a K7 tape as a 4 tracks mono recorder that let me add 3 different singing parts synchronized with the instrumental song. Then i was able to digitalise and import it in Impulse Tracker II.

Anyway, except with the project Let me see the sky in the end of year 1997, no other project was ready for that, also “Encore une chance” that I imagine finished with my friend Tbob. I’m not sure of the reasons, but it was possible that i should wait a long time before the Tascam was delivered.

So it took 4 month before Cyborg Jeff proposed a new Euro-dance vocal song that let you show this technological advancement, also including stereo as my new sound card was now able to manage Stereo with 44khz audio output !

Especially written for my friends : Carine, Tbob, Tog, KLR, Pype and Pierrick, the lyrics was probably basics as they should fit inside the memory of the computer. I remember i’d like to be close to 2 Unlimited style and also have something in the mood of the last New Beat tune from Confetti’s : Put’m up.

Next time i’ll tell you the story of the “album” version rethinked with my friend Tbob…
