This Amiga module was packed to a whopping 32k executable for the compo (where up to one megabyte tracked tunes were accepted, crazy rule). The tune got played last in the competition so it probably qualified with very high scores from pre-selection, but... the soundsystem butt-raped this tune, as the left speaker sounded like covered with a sheet, resulting that the right channel (with main sample echoes) was LOUD and left channel (with solo sounds) very quiet so the whole tune sounded totally f*cked up. Well, all things happen at the party, too bad since few of the jury members told me how the tune sounded so much better in their pre-selection |
