Lesson Numba one: You can't pitchbend Panflutes, whatta! Well you can! Also churchorgans (I just read gans=geese), and pianos. Lemomade told me, that pitchbending Saxophones sounds WICKED (luv dat word!) and I agree!

You can indeed pitchbend saxophones and clarinets. Just listen to the glissando in the opening of Rhapsody in Blue by George Gershwin. It sounds wicked indeed!

I used to play the euphonium, and you can do slight glissando on it using the lips (combined with the valves). I guess you can do something of the same on a panflute.
