Hornet + CRTC + DESiRE are proud to present 8088 MPH, a demo for the 1981 IBM PC + CGA. This demo competed in the oldskool compo at Revision 2015.
This is the real composite output of a true IBM CGA card and 4.77MHz 8088 PC. This demo breaks all emulators :-)

100% scenetune used in a famous demo. Should of course be included no matter how it sounds like. Now, that is my autist opinion, those people that actually make the radio work might have other insightful opinions because, well, it is a radio. My take on the matter is always the autist opinion. |

Might be wise to break up this soundtrack into multiple parts - similar to how we did with fr.08 - it's more tolerable to listen to the PC speaker when it's a 2 minute instead of a 6 minute span |

This is a truly enjoyable piece! Showing how much can be done with just one channel at one bit. Really highlights how those old DOS games used to bring the illusion of many channels and instruments. A real masterpiece! |
