The instruments for this mod remind me of Deluxe Music on the Amiga.

With th4t1guy pointing out that instruments sound like those of Deluxe Music, could it be that the score itself came from some ragtime sheetmusic ?

Steadily at the low level

I don't think instruments sound like Deluxe Music and also the style is clearly a bit different to that of actual ragtime composers.
