it could be the makeout of snow obe night here was a trigger, then after 2 days the muscles get most "scared" out the work. then a rheuma that stucks for worse, one wrong move, and this could happen

...even if you just stand on feet. those muscles keep on fixing your position all the time, only relaxed when laying on a bed

thankfully in my case it is just some small muscle there causing random super tough pain i cant momentarily move, because random shitscare awful pains
