Theme definately hit's the spot on the happy/sad name of the compo. It seems a bit hasty, though. |

The first distinct segment kinda turned me off with that first "way out stinger" note, but it seemed better after that. In the middle segment, the drums got to be a bit repetitive, which may have been less noticeable if there was more to the main melody. |

Just like the YM2419 I used only a square wave and (small digitized) drums, plus a LOT of vibrato and interference (and clipping), to make things sound interesting. I love YM-tunes.
