but that's a different story. Otherwise in great actipn scene you would hear only glitches instead of sound FX. only 2 (type 1 and type 2) soundFX can play simultaneously: type2 reserves 2 SID channels

i did somewhat the same for Moonspire sound fx for SID (of 3 oscillators only) but a sound# number as a primary priority value except there's something higher and not ended or delayed long enough
