1st place @ Flashparty 2023 - Tracked Music Compo
18 artist collab, started over a year ago.
The concept was simple: 1st artists adds 4 samples and 2 patterns to an empty XM and passes to the next artist. New artist adds 1 more sample and 2 more patterns and passes to the next artist and the cycle continues......... Until we are happy with the result.
We initially wanted it to reach 1MB in size, but once we saw that we got to 7:30 on playback, we decided to stop it here and keep it like that :-)
The tune was ready long before we decided to submit it to a party. We initally wanted to make a demo with it as a song, but plans changed.
