nah i think you should not worry, it's only a small bit of damage done by storage and processing. it's still fruit and veg, still good for you. better than many other foods. you eat them how you get them.

fruit & veg are always good for you. sometimes a little less good if you "processed" them (freezing, storing, ...) but still good. they don't become negative or bad because of freezing
