Fixed the silly year. (7526 was the Pouet ID.) Perhaps we should disallow entering future years.

On the login page there is a set of "account providers" (SceneID, LiveJournal, Blogger etc.) -- these have got some kind of "alt text" that pops up when you hover over the icon, explaining what each provider is. Some of the tooltips are wrong, sort of "off-by-one" error where after a certain point each icon wrongly shows the tip of the previous one.
