Are there? That artist account has been locked for probably a year now, so I'm not sure how that could happen. His songs were not well received, and he uploaded a lot of them, so at some point only the ones rated higher than a threshold were left active.

I don't really care that much - I was just wondering if it's scene related so I checked the artist page out.

But these aren't new songs that were in the upload queue. Perhaps I misunderstood what you wrote? I thought you were saying that there were new songs uploaded for that artist?

Sorry, not new in the sense of being in the upload queue - just having been played only a few times and having been approved relatively recently judging by the date of the first rating...

beavis77: those songs were reuploads (by me) since the old ones were stream rips. They were not new uploads, but pre-existing songs.
